Printing a Tax Type List

1. When you first enter the Tax Type option a Select An Option window will appear with the following options:

• EXIT – Select EXIT to exit the Tax Type option and return to the Ledger menu.
• ADD – Select ADD to add a tax type.
• PRINT LIST – Select PRINT LIST to print a list of tax types.
• A list of tax types defined in the system, if tax types have previously been defined.

Scroll to PRINT LIST and press Enter to confirm your selection.

2. Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

The following information will print:

• ID – The tax type ID
• Description – The tax type description
• Exception – Is the tax type tied to price exceptions, Y=yes/N=no.
